VIVRE All-Stars brings people and business together in a team challenge to sustain life on Earth, and in space. It is delivered in a reality series format with the mission to change the global narrative to focus long-term on positive futures and keep sustainability and social impact high on the world’s agenda. Add in a stellar cast of futurists, leaders, astronauts, innovators and influencers, sports heroes and superstars and you have an epic media event.

The format is designed to deliver a program of weekly engagement activities to build awareness, engage the participation of diverse audiences, provide interaction with VIVRE Vanguard leaders, and drive traffic across the business base.

The challenge takes place on two levels: Firstly, it is a challenge for co-creation, a revolution of humanity empowering everyone with a voice and agency to be part of something bigger than ourselves, to collectively envision the world we want to live in. Secondly, it challenges each one of us to be better: to dream, to create, to take action and take steps to progressively transform our homes, lifestyles and business operations to make the vision of a better world a reality.

Purpose: Make the sustainable choice easier and more rewarding to a B2B2C market.

The challenge drives participation across a sustainability marketplace that links an existing marketplace of rewards-based resources with VIVRE’s better choice platform to maximise impact and provide Voyagers with an end-to-end solution, online and in-store.

Whilst the media provides a masterclass on the global storyline and takes Voyagers on journeys far into the future, a program of weekly engagement activities brings them back down to Earth to everyday reality to take action to change behaviour and make an impact, at home, at work, in the marketplace and communities.

Each week VIVRE Vanguard leaders deliver a program of content rich information, practical “how-to” ideas and inspiration and rewards-based resources to learn what they need to know and do to become more sustainable and use their buying power to purchase responsibly, drive the growth of sustainable brands, influence supply chains, create wealth and invest ethically.

A whole-systems analytics framework redefines capital and puts an economic value on what can be measured, based on a range of multi-capital metrics, including participation, reputation, behaviour change, human, environmental and economic etc., to deliver a live planetary scoreboard to report on progress throughout the challenge and conduct success evaluations to tally results and measure the impact of each mission at the local, national and global level against the Global Goals and provide all Voyagers and Light-Workers with customised data insights to tally results, measure progress and share their achievement.

The findings from each mission will also provide evidence-based data to feed into the design of strategies, targets and milestones for each annual challenge.

Decentralised Distribution

The marketplace framework is delivered in a scaleable, replicable and culturally flexible format, distributed via media syndication and VIVRE’s Light-Force network of sustainability and social influencer affiliates who manage and promote the event and business platform at national and local levels.
