Framework for a Regenerative Revolution

Our thinking in developing VIVRE started with a business model canvas for the purpose of sustaining the world, together with a marketing strategy to galvanise sustained, collective action to reduce emissions and bridge the transition to a future based on shared values and shared purpose.

The key imperatives of the strategic plan centred on the following:

  • FUTURE FOCUSSED - influence the global narrative to keep sustainability and social impact high on the world’s agenda

  • INCLUSIVE ENGAGEMENT - reach and engage a B2B2C mass market and where we can’t reach, impact through the provision of resources and financial inclusion

  • SUSTAINABLE COMMERCE - advance the supply and demand for sustainable commerce and drive the growth of conscious consumers and sustainable brands

  • IMPACT CAPITAL - mobilise capital to incentivise behaviour change, seed and scale sustainable innovation and build community resilience and capacity

  • DATA INSIGHTS - continually measure impact against the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and Paris Climate Agreement.

The outcome is a future-focussed, regenerative, whole-systems framework that delivers a global action plan and local implementation strategy to empower people and business with the resources and incentives to impact change through their marketplace choices.
