VIVRE is based on a whole-person, whole-systems framework that provides an integral key to individual and organisational transformation, and drive cultural systems change on a global basis: people, planet, prosperity, purpose.

The integral system integrates four quadrants designed to change internal beliefs, attitudes and external behaviour, individually and collectively:

  • SHARED PURPOSE
    Provides the context to make sense of a rapidly changing world together with transformational keys to elevate perspectives, change hearts and minds, and drive behaviour change.

  • BEHAVIOUR
    Delivers a toolkit of resources and incentives to change behaviour and take action to transform homes and lifestyles and drive sustainable change in organisations

  • CULTURE
    Brings nations and communities together to shape a global culture around a shared vision, shared purpose and shared values to create a better world for ourselves and as a legacy for future generations

  • SYSTEMS
    Provides a global structure to drive systems change and measure collective impact on the world’s most pressing challenges and champion the regeneration of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and Paris Climate Agreement (Global Goals).

In addition to the four quadrants, the integral key incorporates four additional ontologies:
